Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Thoms&Lissie. All purchases made with Thoms&Lissie are final. Once an order has been placed and processed it is not eligible for a refund.

Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, the boxes are specially packed and selected and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returning of damaged boxes and goods
If your box or goods arrived damaged please notify us within 7 working days by emailing thomsandlissie@gmail.com. A refund cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

The subscription is valid for 12 months, 12 book in a box deliveries. A new subscription is required after 12 months. Book subscriptions include 10% discount and can therefore not be terminated.  If subscription is cancelled a penalty fee will be applicable.
